It's 52pcs. ZC619015466 corresponds to a 1000W motor.

VOILAMART 36V 500W-250W Bike conversion kit. Would you please confirm that when the PAS is connected to wire No.9 on the controller and the Thumb throttle is connected to wire No2 on the controller, the default top speed for both the PAS and Thumb throttle will be 16mph and not 22mph? If this is not the case, what do I need to do to make it so? If this is the case, how do I change the connections to make both the PAS and Thumb throttle have the same default top speed of 22mph? There are 2 wires No.4 on the controller referred to as the ‘Lower Speed Wire’, but I am unable to find anywhere that explains their different functions and where to connect them in order to achieve this.

If you want 16mph, then connect the NO.4 cable, disconnect it, and it will be 22mph.
