Does the controller support 52V batteries? And the motor? And if I set the motor to work as 750W or 100W, is it ok to use a 13Ah battery?

Yes, this controller is compatible with 52V batteries, but it is not recommended to use 13ah batteries. At least 14.5ah is required.
